Family Reunion Application for Refugees and Humanitarian Protection Holders
If you have been granted refugee status or humanitarian protection in the UK, the Home Office’s family reunion programme allows you to apply for your pre-existing family members to join you in the country. Eligible family members include your spouse, civil partner, unmarried/same-sex partner, and children under 18 who were part of your family unit when you sought asylum.
In certain compassionate cases, the Home Office may also consider family reunion for other family members who were not part of your immediate family unit at the time of seeking asylum.

If you require flexibility in payment, you can pay half of the fee when you instruct us, and the remaining amount can be paid through monthly installments.
Please note that the agreed fee covers all our work related to your family reunion application. However, any disbursements incurred on your behalf, such as document translation or expert report fees, are not included in the agreed fee.
