Citizenship Applications under the British Nationality Act 1981

i. Naturalisation or Registration as a British citizen (Adult) : £1,000 - £1,500

The fees quoted cover the following:

  • Providing initial advice for a British citizenship application for the UK;
  • Providing a list of documents setting out what is required for the application;
  • Reviewing the list of documents;
  • Draft application form;
  • Draft legal representations;
  • Uploading the supporting documents to the relevant organisation; and
  • Advise on the outcome of the decision.

£1,000 - £1,500

ii. Registration of a Child as a British citizen in the UK : £1,000 - £1,500

The fees quoted will cover the following:

  • Providing initial advice for a registration application for the UK;
  • Providing a list of documents setting out what is required for the application;
  • Reviewing the list of documents;
  • Draft application form;
  • Draft legal representations;
  • Submit the application form to the Home Office; and
  • Advise on the outcome of the decision.

£1,000 - £1,500

iii. Application for a first British passport from the UK or abroad (Adult of Child) : £1,000 - £1,500

The fees quoted cover the following:

  • Providing initial advice for an Overseas British passport application;
  • Providing a list of documents setting out what is required for the application;
  • Reviewing the list of documents;
  • Draft application form;
  • Draft legal representations;
  • Providing the supporting documents to the relevant department; and
  • Advise on the outcome of the decision.

£1,000 - £1,500

iv. Deprivation of British citizenship – Legal Representations : £2,000 - £3,000

The fees quoted cover the following:

  • Providing initial advice on the decision of the Home Office to deprive of British citizenship;
  • Providing a list of documents setting out what is required for the appeal;
  • Reviewing the supporting documents and confirming whether they are sufficient;
  • Preparing witness statements for the appeal;
  • Prepare legal representations;
  • Lodge the legal representations and forward it on to the Home Office; and
  • Advise on the outcome of the decision.

£2,000 - £3,000

v. Deprivation of British Citizenship – Appeal : £2,000 - £3,000

The fees quoted cover the following:

  • Providing initial advice on the decision of the Home Office to deprive of British Citizenship;
  • Lodging the appeal to the First Tier Tribunal;
  • Providing a list of documents setting out what is required for the appeal;
  • Reviewing the supporting documents and confirming whether they are sufficient for the appeal;
  • Preparing witness statements for the appeal;
  • Preparing the appeal skeleton argument;
  • Providing the client’s bundle to the First Tier Tribunal and the Home Office;
  • Advising the Home Office’s review upon reviewing the client’s bundle.
  • Submitting appeal requirements to the First Tier Tribunal;
  • Representing the client at one appeal hearing only (there will be additional fees for any subsequent hearings that take place); and
  • Advise on the outcome of the decision.
