Sanjeev Sunder is one of the founding Directors of Amicis Legal Services Ltd and brings over 18 years of legal expertise to the firm. He holds a Law degree from the University of Sheffield and successfully completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Birmingham. His academic background laid the foundation for his legal career, characterised by a commitment to excellence and client-focused service.
Sanjeev began his professional journey at a respected local firm in Handsworth Birmingham UK, where he gained invaluable experience across a range of legal matters. His time there equipped him with a deep understanding of the legal challenges faced by individuals and businesses alike. Building on this experience, he moved to another well-regarded practice, where he expanded his knowledge and honed his skills further. It was during this time that he qualified as a Solicitor and met his future co-directors, Navdeep Bhadal and Sunil Kumar Mahay, forming a lasting professional relationship.
Having worked closely with Navdeep and Sunil, Sanjeev maintained strong connections with them throughout his career. After rising to the role of Director at a prominent Midlands-based law firm, Sanjeev, together with Navdeep and Sunil, co-founded Amicis Legal Services in 2023. Their shared vision was to create a firm that prioritises client relationships and provides clear, reliable legal advice, particularly in the field of immigration law.
Today, Sanjeev plays an integral role in ensuring that Amicis Legal Services delivers exceptional legal support, driven by the principles of integrity, expertise, and client satisfaction.

With over 40 years of combined experience in the legal sector, the trio has leveraged their complementary skills to establish Amicis Legal Services as a trusted provider of comprehensive immigration law solutions.

Outside of his demanding legal career, Sanjeev is a devoted sports enthusiast. As a lifelong supporter of Arsenal FC, he follows the team’s fortunes with passion and dedication. His love for sport extends to cricket, where he enjoys watching matches whenever possible. To stay active, Sanjeev frequently goes for runs, finding it a great way to unwind from his busy schedule.
In his leisure time, he is also a keen movie buff, always on the lookout for a good film. Socially, Sanjeev is often found catching up with friends at local spots, including the popular Mixers, where he enjoys the lively atmosphere and good company.
