October 20, 2023

Please note that as of the 4th October 2023, the UK Government has increased their application fees. The updated fees can be found clicking the link below:

It is important that if you applied for an application before this date, you must ensure that the correct application and fee was paid when the application was submitted. If not, your application will be rejected and may be required to submit a new application. Although you will usually receive an opportunity to rectify and pay the correct fee.

There may be a possibility that you can apply for a fee waiver with respect to the fees but you would need to ensure that this waiver application is successful before applying for your visa application.

The increase in fees only applies to the Application Fees at present. However, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) will be increasing from 16 January 2024. The IHS is anticipated to be £1,035.00 per year over 50% increase on the current surcharge of £624.00.

If you are looking to submit an application for entry clearance, leave to remain or further leave to remain please do not hesitate to contact Amicis Legal Services.
